Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All orders are typically shipped the same day as long as the order is received by 12 P.M. EST (Monday - Friday, Excluding Federal Holidays)
First Class Mail usually takes 2-6 business days for delivery.
Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA). Item must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been used or misused will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective.
If your item was not used, you may exchange it, however you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Orders over $35 ship for free only within the United States.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
